Potatisbullar med ost

 Ännu en rätt gjord av rester! Potatismos och "gammal ost".

ströbröd
smält smör

Vispa äggen och blanda med mos och ost. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Forma till biffar och vänd i ströbröd. Lägg på plåt med bakplåtspapper. Pensla med smält smör. Stek i varmluftsugn på 200° ca 15 minuter. Snabbt och enkelt.

Men vi ger inte igen, för gammal ost...
