Kesoröra

Ett gammal kärt familjerecept. På slutet av 70-talet fanns ett café Väktaren i kyrkans lokaler vi domkyrkan. Där kunde man få grovt bröd med kesoröra. Den röran har jag gjort till och från sedan dess.


Både gott och nyttigt.

Ett grovt bröd, gärna surdegsbröd
keso
finstrimlad purjolök
finhackad tomat
örtsalt

Blanda efter tycke och smak och servera på det grova brödet. Det är så gott!!
