Cookie pops

Förra fredagen var det Skåreskolans dag. Då var det en av mina elever som hade med såna cookie pop på pinne till försäljning. Jag bytte pinnen mot pappersform. Titta på nätet. Där finns det massor av inspiration.


Till kaffet vill man ju ha något sött, eller hur?

1 sockerkaka
150 g Philadelphia ost
choklad
strössel

Smula sockerkakan och blanda med Philadelphiaosten. Rulla till bollar. Ställ dem i kylskåp en stund. Smält chokladen och rulla och pynta bollarna.
